1. Subject and owner
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website of B&B Peonia Sun Light (“the Site”), an accommodation facility located in Località Peonia Rosa, Sant'Antioco (SU). By browsing and using the Site you fully accept these Terms.
2. Nature of the site and of booking requests
The Site serves informational and promotional purposes for the accommodation facility and allows you to submit booking requests. Submitting the “Book Now” form does not constitute a confirmed booking or a contract: it is merely a request for availability. The booking is deemed finalised only following our express confirmation of acceptance. The prices and availability shown on the Site are subject to change and must be confirmed by the facility.
3. Use of the Site
The user undertakes to use the Site in compliance with the law and these Terms, not to cause harm to the Site or to third parties, not to attempt unauthorised access, and to provide, in the contact forms, truthful data of their own.
4. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and other content on the Site are the property of the Owner or of the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and industrial property law. Reproduction, even in part, without written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The Owner does not control such sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
6. Contact forms and virtual assistant
The data submitted through the contact forms are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Site may offer a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence for informational purposes: the answers may contain inaccuracies and do not replace professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any interruptions, errors or damage arising from the use of the Site, nor for the accuracy or currency of the content, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer user.

The Owner may modify these Terms and the content of the Site at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
