The Property's House Rules
A few simple rules to ensure all our guests a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm (arrivals at other times to be arranged).
- Check-out: by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
- On arrival, a valid ID document is required for all guests, as required by law.
Your Stay
- The rooms come with their own entrance key and a private parking space.
- Please respect the quiet, especially during night-time hours (from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am).
- The pool and veranda are for the exclusive use of guests during the hours indicated on site.
General Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or the indoor common areas.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property and its furnishings.
- The management is not liable for valuables and personal belongings left unattended.
